The Untitled Space gallery is currently accepting submissions for a group exhibition, ONE YEAR OF RESISTANCE, to take place January 2018 inspired by the resistance movement and specifically addressing art as activism and contemporary political art to open January, 2018.

ONE YEAR OF RESISTANCE will feature artwork that is motivated by the issues our society has faced since the election with regards to the state of politics and policies of our current president, addressing subjects such as women’s rights, trans rights, immigration rights, health care, climate change, white supremacy, sexual harassment, as well as countless other subjects which have given rise to mass protest throughout the United States and abroad.

ONE YEAR OF RESISTANCE is open to submissions until November 8, 2017. All mediums welcome, including photography, painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, textile, video (with display), performance, among others. All works must be framed and/or ready to hang for exhibition. The exhibit is open to male and female professional artists. New works created between November 8, 2016 – November 8, 2017 will be prioritized. There are no fees to submit your work for review or to submit a proposal.
