I’ve come to realize how lucky I’ve been to keep making art over the last 40 years. The obstacles are daunting, and the challenges to confidence are constant.

But then you reach a point of no return when you realize that art is all you know and what you do most effectively.

And then after decades in the studio, there is the blissful epiphany, and realization that you’ve mastered something that reflects a lifetime of commitment.
