Art, expression and creativeness have always been at the forefront of my creative endeavors. Being able to speak without words but through a medium is extremely powerful. I create art that exhausts your eyes and challenges the spirit.  A mixture of raw and real combining sketches, collage work and painting techniques all on the same surface- the blank canvas. Juxtaposing pop art with everyday human opinions, and emotional responses to events, struggles and controversial topics lures the onlooker into my realm. Sometimes, I never know what will transpire until I stand back and allow the canvas to speak to me. Using mix media gives a left filled attempt at a viewers interpretation of “Art” which is what I strive to do. Essentially, I do what soothes my soul and that is to create.
