Exhibit: Lush Geometry at DM Contemporary
dm contemporary is pleased to present Lush Geometry, an exhibition featuring five artists, Steven Baris, Richard Bottwin, Carole Freysz Gutierrez, Joanne Mattera, and Louise P. Sloane, whose works embrace the visual language of minimalism and geometric abstraction without necessarily adhering to stringent formulas. While reductive in approach, the seemingly simple paintings, sculptures and works on paper in this exhibit are neither austere nor plain – they are sophisticated, vibrant, eye-stimulating, and lush.
