Joanie Lemercier runs the visual label AntiVJ, a project initiated by a group of European visual artists whose work is focused on the use of projected light and its influence on our perception.

Clearly stepping away from standard setups & techniques, AntiVJ presents live performances and installations, providing to the audience a senses challenging experience. They’ve presented work in public spaces (architectural projections) and in galleries (installations) across France, Europe, Brazil, China, South Korea, Canada, USA.

Inspired by a “light sculpture v2”, a projection onto a three-dimensional structure
designed in 2008 with Yannick Jacquet, Olivier Ratsi and Romain Tardy.
This project was curated by Architecture d’Aujourd’hui and presented at Grand Palais in Paris, FRANCE.
