Amidst the journey of seeking spaces to inhabit, humans make distinguishable marks on the world around them. As new metropolises are built to accommodate growing populations seeking modern day amenities, beautiful, natural landscapes are lost. What once were vast expanses share one thing in common with cities, loss of space.

‘Vast Expanses, Shrinking Spaces’, creates a conversation between the urban and rural landscapes which humans have invaded. Studying the spatial awareness of places we have settled in, what is left behind and where our future settlements may lie.
